QuickStore Point-of-Sale for Windows is available in three versions - QuickStore Point-of-Sale (Standard), QuickStore Point-of-Sale Professional, and QuickStore Point-of-Sale Enterprise.

With QuickStore Point-of-Sale you can easily check out your customers, keep track of inventory, create purchase orders with a single button, generate clear and comprehensive reports, print barcoded price tags, take physical inventories, track accounts receivable, and much more.

Point-of-Sale

Quickly create customer purchases by scanning barcodes
Easily lookup items missing a price tag
Enter miscellaneous items by simply entering a price
Quickly add new customers or lookup existing customers by last name or phone number
Set up extensive customer profiles and maintain a complete sales and payment history
Automatically discount items for customers with a preset discount amount
Add notes to an item on an invoice or to the invoice itself
Take multiple payments and assign balances to a customer's account if needed
Print receipts on a receipt printer and open a cash drawer to tender payments
Display item and total information on a pole display during checkouts

Inventory
Inventory items can have a 15 character product code and a separate vendor part number
Apparel items can have unlimited colors and sizes (matrix format)
Each inventory item can be set up to recognize the item's UPC barcode
There are three sales tax options for each item - taxable, not taxable, or 1-3 selectable components
Track inventory in-stock, on-order, and on-hold for Layaway
Set maximum and minimum stock levels for each item to facilitate automatic stock replenishment
Take physical inventories by scanning the barcoded merchandise
Print barcoded price tags for merchandise received from a vendor, or missing a price tag

Purchase Orders

Automatically create Purchase Orders for items below reorder points or items sold within a range of dates
Quickly view the total quantity on order and the Purchase Orders outstanding for an inventory item
Receiving
Receive merchandise from a vendor by scanning the vendor's UPC barcode
Print barcoded price tags for merchandise received from a vendor

QUICKSTORE POINT-OF-SALE ENTERPRISE

The Enterprise version of QuickStore Point-of-Sale provides the same capabilities of the Professional version, but it also incorporates features for Contract Pricing, Quotes, and multi-location support.

Major Features
Set up separate stores for tracking sales, inventory, customers, etc.. (stores can be either local or remote)
Create lists (Contracts) of items to be sold at a certain price to a customer or all customers
Create Quotes for customers that can be easily turned into a purchase or a customer order
Integrate multiple locations to share information or to centralize inventory control operations
A nightly polling operation performs the data consolidation process for multiple locations
